Signs of Spring are everywhere............finally! These are some of the 200 tulips Mike planted last fall. They look pretty good for a Sam's $9 special buy! The first photo is of our maple tree blooming. We have had maple trees before but until we moved here, we never knew that they bloomed! Apparently it's too warm of a winter in the south to get the blooms.
The kids were out playing yesterday in the 40 mph winds with gusts up over that. They would race to get inside the garage to beat the wind gusts that would just about blow them over........literally. They were so feisty during bathtime that I had to snap a couple of photos of them being just plain silly!
Zachary is still eating like a horse. Last night at dinner he had 2 jumbo stuffed pasta shells and a large helping of green beans and corn. For breakfast this morning he ate a large bowl of Rice Krispies and 2.5 large pancakes (which were Katie's but she couldn't finish them). And to think they just eat more and more every year as they grow...........makes the thought of the teenage years even more frightening!!!!
