The disco ball I made from styrofoam, a vat of glue and enough glitter to cover the entire planet....which still happens to be all over the house!

Katie had a terrific birthday with 5 of her friends. Lots of preparation, but the kids really seemed to have a blast and enjoyed their time together. They all even ate their hot dogs and we discovered a new Cheetoh by mistake - a gigantic Puff! Holy cow was that HUGE! Anyway, it was tons of fun, as you can see - and I was very busy with putting up decorations - cause what's a girl's party without streamers and balloons!

During this busy week I got notified that one of my floral photos was selected as a Finalist. That was very exciting for me! There were over 20,500 entries and mine got selected! Yippee! Haven't had time for it to soak in too much and celebrate - but I'm sure I will once Zach gets out of school!
