Hurricane Ike

Just sitting and watching the Hurricane Ike coverage on Direct TV's Hurricane Channel, The Weather Channel and Fox News. I was keeping my fingers crossed all day yesterday that the storm would go to the east of Houston, as I have a girlfriend who lives there. Unfortunately, it looks like they've taken a pretty direct hit. Haven't been able to get through to her cell phone as of yet, but am really hoping all is well. It's looking like DFW is going to be getting more of a Tropical Storm out of it and then it will be heading our direction..........like we need any more rain! Here's hoping all of our family and friends in DFW don't sustain any damage - especially since many of you just completed repairs from the last horrendous storm - and that you all stay safe! We'll be seeing you very, very soon!
